أنـــــــــت....الشخص الأهم على الأرض :)

   خليك دايما فخور بنفسك كده ومبسوط  منك ... إنت مفيش منك في الدنيا دي كلها غير واحد بس J

   ماتحاولش تبقى نسخة من حد تاني ..لان العالم مش محتاج اتنين من الإنسان ده ... واكيد هو هيكون أحسن منك في إنه يكون "هو" ...لكن العالم محتاجك أنت .... J

   أنت اللي الناس اللي حواليك بيحبوه عشان الحاجات اللي فيه حتى لو الحاجات ديه مش بتعجبهم ساعات ... لكن شوية الحاجات اللي بتعجبهم واللي مش بتعجبهم دي فوق بعض في الآخِر  بتكون الشخصية اللي هم حابينها ... J

   اعمل شخصنة (customization) لكل حاجة في حياتك بحيث إنها تعبر عنك ... رنة موبايلك ... باكجراوند "تويتر" ..تايم لاين الـ"فيسبوك" J

        اكتب كل اللي بتفكر فيه وخلي الناس تشوفه حتى لو محدش عمل لك" لايك" أو" ريتويت" ... إن شاء الله ماحد عبرك .. بس قول اللي جواك ..لان احتمال محدش غيرك يفكر فيه  J

   ماتستقلش باي فكرة جت على بالك مهما كانت صغيرة ... لان احساسك وإنت شايفها بتكبر هيعوضك عن كل اللي تعبته عشانها... J

  لو سمعت حاجه وجت على بالك ألشه حلوه عليها وحاسس فيها ابداع قولها حتى لو  هيقولوا عليك رخم .. بس عشان خاطري من غير ابتذال  J

   لما تجيب تي شيرت جديد .. امشي كده وأنت مبسوط إن شكلك حلو ولابس حاجة شيك ولما حد يقول لك "ايه الشياكة دي" ، قول له " دي أقل حاجة عندي" J

   ولما تلبس حاجة إنت مش بتحبها أو قديمة أو لسه لابسها امبارح..متضايقش نفسك ولا ثقتك في نفسك تقل ، ماحدش بيربط بين لبسك النهارده ولبسك امبارح غير صحابك القريبين أوي ودول حابينك زي ما أنت أيا كان اللي أنت لابسه J

         

الشعب يريد

يوما سيعلم قومي أننا لم نكن نهدد أمنهم ….يوما سيعلم قومي أن ثورتنا كانت لنا و لهم…. يوما سيعلم قومي أنني وقفت مع ألفي ألف من أبناء شعبي في مكان واحد نطالب بحقنا و حقهم…. غفلت يومها و قد عجز لساني عن وصف روعة يومي…. لم أكن أعلم أن شعبي عظيما هكذا… رأيت رجلا كبيرا يغني على نغمات عوده “الحلوة دِه قامت تعجن في الفجرية“ و هو يفترش أرض الميدان و حوله الرجال و النساء… رأيت شابا يلبس الثياب السوداء و يمسك جيتارا و قد ربط شعرة الطويل خلف رأسه و هو يغني “طاطي راسك طاطي طاطي ..انتا في وطن ديموقراطي“… و قد وقف الناس يستمعون إليه و هم يستعدون لتوديع تلك الأيام التي عاشوها في ظل ذلك الوطن الديموقراطي…. رأيت شابة في قرب عمري و هي تهتف باسقاط النظام و بأن الشعب المصري سوف يرى النور في أيامه القادمة… ويهتف الناس من بعدها… و عندما ارتبكت وخرجت كلماتها دون ترتيب هب شعب التحرير كله للتصحيح و الابتسام لها و قد تلونت وجنتيها باللون الأحمر… رأيت شابا و هو ينشد ما ألف من الشعر السياسي الذي يشد من همم الناس و من الشعر الهزلي الذي يروح عن انفسهم إذ يحكي عن صديقه الصعيدي الذي يصف نفسه بعيداً عن حبيبته بالجحش الذي لا يجد الساقية  ..أو بالزلعة الخالية من المش …رأيت رجلا يمسك بكيس أسود يجمع فيه القمامة و هو ينادي  "تبرعوا للحزب الوطني الديمقراطي"... رأيت مجموعة من الشباب مجتمعين حول مجموعة من مكبرات الصوت ينشدون النشيد الوطني و بعض أغاني محمد منير“ علي صوتك“… وبعد هذا اليوم الحافل صلى كل من كان في الميدان-  من المسلمين بالطبع - صلاة الفجر خلف امام ذو صوت عذب تطرب له الأذان… وتدخل آيات القرآن من فمه إلى القلب مباشرة ..وفي الركعة الثانية… دعا الله ان يزيل الهم و ان يفرج الكرب… و ان يجعل أيام ابنائنا خيراً من أيامنا…

أغمضت عيناي و أنا لا أكاد أصدق أنني عشت هذا اليوم… و أنا أحمد الله كثيرا… و أدعوه أن يبارك لكل من اجتمع في هذا اليوم ليطالب بحقه و حق شعبه… و أن تكون هذه كلمة حق عند سلطان جائر و أن تكون حجة لنا حين نُسأل يوم القيامة….

أغمضت عيناي و أنا راض…. و كنت أعتقد في قرارة نفسي بأن الله لن يضيعنا و أن وطننا الذي سرق منا كل تلك الأعوام سوف يرجع لنا….

كانت هذه كلمات كنت قد كتبتها في السادس من فبراير بعد عودتي يوماً من ميدان التحرير...ذلك الميدان الذي شهد إعادة كتابة التاريخ من جديد، لا أعني هنا تاريخ مصر وحدها ولكن -  وكما نشهد الآن بعد مرور شهور -  كتب تاريخ العالم

Concept phones will change your concepts

Being a student of electronics and communication engineering may give me a tiny background about the fundamentals of the fabrication as we already have projects and practices in the field…one of which is a microprocessor that performs a very limited number of operations: such as addition, subtraction and outputting the input as it is.
This is not as easy as you think…you can imagine the complexity from the picture shown, this is the adder/subtractor processor.

So, if you were in my shoes, you would think of Nokia 3310 as a miracle .
Of course we are not going to talk about Nokia 3310 in this article, but about new technologies that shall knock me down or make me feel like being in heaven according to what I practically know about the thing.

First of all, I’d like to clarify the meaning of concept phones; it’s a form of illustration where the main goal is to convey a visual representation of the phone’s design or idea before it’s put into the final product.
So, in our article we are going to talk about some future designs and ideas that might be seen on the ground soon.

Nokia 888
If you see the design of this phone, you would think for once that it’s not more than a piece of paper or plastic but it’s so far more than that…it’s such an incredible device, having so much inside, based on the concept of artificial intelligence that makes it like your best friend. It can guide you to wherever you want and even suggest what to do through your day.
Receive your incoming calls, send messages, use your GPS to identify your location and your destination and let your phone tell you how to go there, accept the invitation for a party with your friend…after that wear your mobile as bracelets on the go.

Apple iTransparent phone

As a pioneer company in that field, Apple introduced the new 4G iPhone iTransparent which has a lot of features and specifications that makes it a piece of the future in your hand: It is totally transparent that you can see through. It adapts the theme of your mobile according to the weather as you can see for a sunny or a rainy day. Last but not least of what we know about the new 4G iPhone is that you can easily go to the handwriting mode when you blow your breathe on it.

Sony Ericsson FH

This one is a new design of a concept phone presented by Sony Ericsson…the special thing about this design is it’s  functionality, it’s not just a mobile that can get transparent or roll around your wrist, it’s more than that.

Sony Ericsson FH is a flip phone that pivots vertically and horizontally presenting more options for the user as you can use it as a normal design with the upper part as your screen and the lower one as your number pad, or you can just rotate it down and merge the two parts forming one wide screen that will display your media files awesomely.
Moreover, you can split the two parts and use it as an intercom allowing easy communication between the two parties holding each end.

Nokia morph

This one is the surprise that I have been hiding to the end. I know some of you may have already read about in a previous article of the magazine but I couldn’t help it…I had to write about it as it really rocks…it brings the future in your hands. So, now we are about to talk about some major points about it.
The device at the large scale of our eyes seems like a paper sheet of small dimensions as your hand for example, but at the nano scale (minimized by 1 per billion scale), you will find a very complicated world…it’s enough to imagine that 100,000 transistors (the building unit of any electronic system) can fit on a size of a single fly hair. So, what we do with all these transistors? Let’s see…
- As you flip your mobile, it adapts the position it’s in. If it’s unfolded, then it’s a full keypad…If folded, it’s a number pad as a normal phone…If you roll it around your wrist, it acts like a watch or bracelets.
-  It also has the property of transparency, as it’s not less than the others…and the secret is the Nanotechnology Electronics that can get invisible to the human eye.
- Morph also enables you to observe your local environment, analyze it and detect the chemical compounds in the air. Thus, your phone can be your guard angel that keeps you away from dangers.
- Having this phone in your pocket can make you go nuts as you would be so terrified if something wrong happened to it or if it caught some dirt…but I can tell: you shouldn’t be…Morph is a dirt repellent as its surface is superhydrophobic so it will not catch any dirt, and the other thing is that you don’t have to be so worried about it as it has a stretchy surface that can easily adapt the motion.
- The greatest feature of the Morph - I think – is that it takes its energy from the sun...it’s provided with solar cells that acts as grass fibers, this way you will never be out of service .

The last feature is really wonderful for girls; fashion loving girls:)…as you can take a picture of your dress or your bag using your phone that will turn into the theme of your mobile then roll it around your wrist and here you have your stylish bracelets. Cool! Isn’t it?

As we saw from the collection of concept phones that we presented today, the near future may be full of surprises…this new year of 2011 may witness a breakthrough in the field of communication…we may see some of these concepts turning into real products that we can’t live without.
Are we going to have transparent mobile phones? Will we charge our phones using solar energy? Shall we have a mobile phone that can be our best friend? That’s what we are going to see through this year.

Apple refuses to be eaten!

How could this happen? And who would eat the Apple? And how could this be an article talking about any thing related to technology? Okay okay…no more puzzles…let’s see what it is…

As we talked in our last issue about Google TV and mentioned its specifications and displayed the idea, this great idea that fascinated us, but it wasn’t the first trial to make this kind of TV’s.

Google TV was released in September 2010 just two months ago, but apple have presented the idea or a similar one in 2006 by introducing the first generation of Apple TV. But this isn’t what we are going to talk about in our article and based on the title, you can guess what happened.

After the Google TV release enhanced by more options, better specifications and the large number of deals, Apple was about to be eaten in the market by the great Google product ,but fortunately that didn’t happen and thanks to the product we are introducing today…the second generation of Apple TV.

So, let’s see what we are talking about now…the first thing anyone would notice about the apple TV is the extremely small dimensions as it comes in a square shape of 3.9” and 0.9” thickness. It’s so small that even your hand wrist can embrace it.

    

There are some simple requirements for the joy of using Apple TV that we are going to mention throughout the article. First of them is a wireless home network, this will enable you to log into your computers from your TV using the Apple TV, so when you switch on your Apple TV, at the menu screen you would find a sub-menu named computers through which you can access all the content on your computers at the same home network...photos, videos, movies or even music and browse them all from your large screen as much as you wish.

We can also see that the menu contains other sub-menus such as ‘movies’ and ‘TV shows’, these two are so much similar as you use them to watch you favorite movies or TV shows of course. All what you have to do is browsing the movies or TV shows, chose what you want, order it and that’s it. You have your movie and it’s ready to watch, it's simple.

The other menu as shown is the internet menu and to be frank, you won’t find too many options in there unlike what you can do with the Google TV as here you can only find: Netflix for the latest movies or shows, youtube for any kind of videos, MobileMe an Apple site for mobile stuff, flickr for photos and you will also find Radio.

So, as we’ve seen you don’t find so much of what you might be waiting from Apple, but compared to the 99$ price and the very small dimensions I think it’s worthy

Similar to the Google TV, you can install the remote application on your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch and use it instead of the original remote.

There is no more to be said about the Apple TV except that you will need a Netflix account for browsing Netflix content and also an iTunes account for movies and TV shows’ rentals.

Last but not the least, the surprise that you all have been waiting for, in the box. In addition to the Apple TV, the remote and the power cable, you will find a sticker of Apple. YESSSS , a sticker that you can put in your lecture notes or your disk! Can you believe this?

Now that we saw both releases of the new web TV product by two Titans in the field, It’s all now up to the customer…users are the ones who are going to decide which one is their type, which one fits their needs and which one makes their lives easier.

I know they both are not yet released in Egypt but I would like to know your views about both of them and which one would you prefer.
